We're thrilled to announce Nabeela Ratansi as the inaugural Chief of Staff at Brightshores Research Institute.
Nabeela joins us in this pivotal role with more than 20 years of leadership in healthcare and nonprofit strategy. She brings a rare combination of operational expertise, systems thinking, and a passion for driving transformational change.
Among her many accomplishments:
• Built global operations at the Mastercard Foundation
• Led cancer funding reform at Cancer Care Ontario
• Directed province-wide transformation at UHN and eHealth Ontario
At Brightshores, Nabeela will help align strategy, execution, and impact working across our board, research & innovation teams, and partners to advance health and wellness in rural communities. Her extensive expertise in strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement will be instrumental as we grow our impact and partnerships.
